This Website contains information about Parus Fund PLC, Parus Fund LLC, and Parus Global Opportunities Fund, each defined as an unregulated collective investment scheme (and for these purposes only, collectively referred to as the ‘UCI Funds’), and InRIS UCITS PLC, together, the ‘Funds’.

The promotion of and investment in the UCI Funds in the United Kingdom are accordingly restricted by law. Most of the protections provided by the UK regulatory system will not apply to investments in the UCIS Funds. Reliance on this promotion for the purpose of buying the units or participations to which the promotion relates may expose an individual to a significant risk of losing all of the property or other assets invested. This Website is exempt from the scheme promotion restriction (in section 238 of FSMA) on the communication of invitations or inducements to participate in unregulated schemes on the grounds that it is made to the following persons only:

c) persons eligible under the FCA Handbook Conduct of Business rule 4.12, including per se Professional Clients, Eligible Counterparties and existing investors in similar strategies as the Funds which are being wound down; or

d) to whom communications relating to invitations or inducements to engage in investment activity may otherwise lawfully be made.

The Funds have risk factors peculiar to the type of vehicles that they represent. Some, but not all, details of these risks are contained in the relevant prospectus or other offering documentation. Potential investors should familiarise themselves with these risks.
